Ai Financial 2025 Summer TFSA Investment Promotion

Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals who:

  • Meet the eligibility requirements for opening a TFSA account in Canada (generally age 18 or older, with a valid SIN and Canadian residency);
  • Employees, agents, and representatives of Ai Financial are not eligible. Immediate family members may participate.

How to Participate

  • Promotion Period: June 1 to August 31, 2025;
  • During this period, participants must open a TFSA account through the AiFundTech platform;
  • A minimum of $500 CAD must be deposited into the account during the promotion period;
  • Existing TFSA clients may contact their advisor to make an additional contribution or use AiFundTech;
  • Ai Financial also accepts TFSA transfers from other financial institutions;
  • Once the above criteria are met, participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw—no additional registration or manual action is required.

Entry Rules

  • Participants will receive 1 draw entry for every $500 CAD invested
    • For example, a $5,000 contribution will earn 10 entries
    • Any amount less than $500 will not count toward an entry
  • Once the TFSA account is opened and the investment threshold is met, participants will be automatically entered into the draw with the corresponding number of entries—no ticket purchase or manual registration is required.

Contest Period & Draws

  • Promotion Period: June 1 – August 31, 2025;
  • After successfully opening a TFSA account and making the required investment, participants will automatically be entered into the prize draw;
  • Draws will take place periodically throughout the promotion period, following the completion of each entry collection round. One eligible participant will be randomly selected to receive a $10,000 CAD cash prize per draw;
  • Each client may receive multiple entries based on their total investment amount. All valid entries will remain active for the duration of the promotion;
  • The winner will be selected using a randomized selection tool, and the results will be publicly announced.

Prizes

  • Each winner will  receive a $10,000 CAD cash prize;
  • Winners will be contacted directly by Ai Financial and must claim their prize within 3 months from the date of notification;
  • Prizes must be claimed in person at an Ai Financial office in either British Columbia or Ontario, and winners must agree to be photographed for public announcement (no face coverings permitted);
  • If the winner was referred by another client (based on the submitted referral code), the referrer will receive a $5,000 CAD referral bonus;
  • All draws will be overseen by a licensed notary to ensure fairness and transparency

Referrals

  • Every Ai Financial client with at least one account is issued a unique referral code;
    • Referral codes may not be used to refer oneself.
  • Each new account opened may only use one referral code, and the code must be submitted at the time of account opening;
  • Both new and existing clients can use a referral code when opening a new account;
  • Clients who use a referral code receive 10% off service fees;
  • If a referred account holder wins the grand prize, the person who referred them will receive a $5,000 CAD referral bonus.

Terms & Conditions

  • Participants acknowledge and agree that all funds in the TFSA will be invested in capital-protected funds;
  • All prizes must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions or transfers;
  • Ai Financial reserves the right to verify all information and disqualify participants for any fraudulent activity;
  • This contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws in Canada.

Privacy & Publicity Consent

  • By participating in this promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Ai Financial for the purposes of contest administration, contact, and prize fulfillment.
  • Winners agree to allow Ai Financial to publish their name, city/province, and photo for any marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Investment Disclaimer

All funds deposited into the TFSA during the promotion will be invested in segregated funds as part of Ai Financial’s investment strategy. Investment returns are not guaranteed, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Consent Upon Participation

By entering this promotion, participants agree to comply with all rules, and any decisions made by Ai Financial shall be final and binding.

Right to Terminate or Amend

Ai Financial reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen issues.
