Jessica graduated from the University of Waterloo in August 2016 and joined a food company as an accountant. Jessica is an international student and did not receive any support from her family after graduation, and can only rely on her own efforts to take root in Toronto. 

At the start of 2018, Jessica found AI Financial through the introduction of her roommate, and successfully got a loan of C$100,000 approved with the help of  AI Financial. She put in additional C$10,000 of her own money, for a total of C$110,000 to invest. 

As of March 2021, her bank account balance nearly doubled, and the total return she got was more than C$90,000. Jessica will continue the investment for a while, to eventually buy a small condo of her own, cementing her place in this city.
