Ai Financial 2025 Winter Promotion Terms and Conditions

Part 1: Promotion Activities

Promotion 1
Between January 20, 2025, and March 31, 2025, clients who apply for a Quick Loan via the Ai Financial online self-service investment system and successfully receive loan funds by May 31, 2025, while also completing a Google review, will receive the following rewards:

  • Loan amount of $100,000 – $199,999: An Apple Watch Series 10 GPS 46mm (Jet Black).
  • Loan amount of $200,000 or more: An iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB (Black Titanium).

Promotion 2
Between January 20, 2025, and March 31, 2025, existing clients who register on the online self-service platform and refer others to apply for a Quick Loan via the Ai Financial online self-service investment system will receive the following reward if the referral successfully receives loan funds by May 31, 2025, and completes a Google review:

  • For every $400,000 successfully funded through referrals: An iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB (Black Titanium).

Part 2: Definitions

“Complete a Quick Loan application via Ai Financial online self-service investment system”

  • Refers to completing all application steps using the Ai Financial online system and signing the final confirmation document.
  • This promotion applies exclusively to the Quick Loan product.

“Existing clients”

  • Clients who joined Ai Financial before January 20, 2025, or
  • Clients who join Ai Financial between January 20, 2025, and March 31, 2025, are also considered existing clients.

“Complete a Google review”
To complete a Google review:

  1. Log in: Use a valid Google account to log in.
  2. Visit Ai Financial’s Google page: Search “Ai Financial” or use this link: Google Review Page.
  3. Rate and review:
    • Provide a 5-star rating for Ai Financial.
    • Write a review of at least 20 words describing your loan experience and satisfaction with our service.
  4. Submit your review: Click the “Post” button.
  5. Notify us: Save a screenshot of your completed review and email it to the designated address: aif2025promotion@gmail.com for verification. Please use the loan applicant’s full name followed by “GR” as the email subject. For example: “John Smith GR”.

Part 3: Promotion Terms

  • This promotion is available exclusively to residents of Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Alberta.
  • For Promotion 1: Clients must meet the following conditions:
    1. Apply for a Quick Loan via Ai Financial online self-service investment system between January 20, 2025, and March 31, 2025.
    2. Successfully receive loan funds by May 31, 2025.
  • For Promotion 2:
    1. Existing clients may refer multiple individuals. Rewards are based on the total approved loan amount of $400,000 or more.
    2. Clients who have already completed a Google review only need to send a screenshot to the designated email address.
  • Valid email addresses are required to complete the application and signing process via Ai Financial’s online self-service system.
  • Rewards are determined based on the final disbursed loan amount, not the application amount.
  • Rewards will be shipped within 60 business days after loan disbursement.
  • Rewards are subject to availability. If out of stock, Ai Financial reserves the right to provide a substitute of equivalent value.
  • Rewards cannot be changed, upgraded, or exchanged.

Ensure your personal information is accurate:

  • A valid email address must be associated with your client profile by May 31, 2025.
  • Update your information promptly through Ai Financial’s online system. Ai Financial is not responsible for any issues caused by outdated information.
  • Rewards will be shipped to the valid address provided in your profile, which must include a street name and number and be within Canada. Rewards will not be sent to P.O. boxes.
  • Shipping notifications and tracking numbers may be provided via email. Clients are responsible for tracking and arranging receipt of their rewards.
  • Delivery records or signed receipts will serve as proof of receipt.

Reward issues:

  • Any defects or issues with the reward should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Ai Financial is not responsible for such issues.

Ensure your personal information is accurate:

  • Ai Financial reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion and its terms without prior notice. Updated terms are available at www.aifinancial.ca.
  • In case of conflict between terms and promotional materials, these terms will prevail.
  • Ai Financial may suspend, limit, or revoke this promotion for clients suspected of misuse, manipulation, or unsatisfactory client relations.

This promotion is available exclusively to residents of Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Alberta.
